Life can sometimes have challenges that make it harder to do the things you need, want, and are expected to do each day. Occupational therapy is all about supporting individuals at every stage of life through these moments so you can comfortably participate in the daily activities that matter most. In our practice, we use an approach called the Lifestyle Redesign® Framework. Together, we will look at your daily habits and routines, collaboratively reshaping them to support your goals and help you thrive.

We provide personalized occupational therapy for parents and families from family planning (pregnancy, surrogacy, foster, adopt) through early parenting. These services are appropriate for both mothers and fathers.
We also provide personalized occupational therapy for individuals who are living with chronic health conditions, including chronic migraine/headache, chronic pain, mental health conditions, and sleep disorders.
We also offer consultation services to help you build a thoughtful baby registry or design and organize a nursery space.
For professionals, we offer NBCOT exam preparation and clinical practice coaching and guidance.

Your first session will last about 50 minutes, beginning with a comfortable, collaborative conversation.
We will start by reviewing your physical and mental health history and discussing what brings you to occupational therapy.
Next, we will look at your current daily habits and routines to see what is working well and where you might need extra support.
We may also complete a few functional assessments together to help us better understand where you are starting. This will help us develop your treatment plan and goals.
To wrap up, we will hold space for any final questions and share an encouraging theme or intention to carry with you until our next visit.

Because our time together is completely focused on your journey, the number of sessions really depends on your personal goals and needs. We view our work as a supportive partnership that naturally adapts as you grow and find your rhythm. From our very first meeting, we will keep your long-term goals in mind. Our ultimate hope is to empower you with the comfort and tools to thrive on your own, meaning we won't continue sessions any longer than is truly helpful for you.
To help you build a strong foundation, we will typically start by meeting weekly for about four weeks. This initial month gives us an opportunity to connect, navigate any questions you have, and build positive momentum with changes to daily habits and routines. As you begin to feel more settled, we will check in together to see what feels best, likely shifting our time to every other week and eventually to once a month. We will always space our visits at a pace that feels supportive and right for your life.
